This app is designed for people with poor health to provide a personalized exercise plan, including breathing exercises, muscle strengthening exercises and stretching exercises, to improve the user's fitness level.

In addition, it can cooperate with the lung function sensor kit developed by the Department of Rehabilitation Science of Hong Kong Polytechnic University to provide users with comprehensive physical condition monitoring.

• With built-in heart rate monitoring, and the user self-records the degree of exercise effort, so as to record the user's situation before and after exercise.

• The app has a built-in feature to adjust the recommended exercise intensity level based on the user's self-reported data and condition
