It is a smartphone mobile membership card for Gwacheon City Information Science Library and Moonwon Library users.

(Important) If the 'Gwacheon City Information Science Library Mobile Membership Card' app is already installed on your smartphone but the 'Install' button appears, uninstall the app already installed on your smartphone and press the 'Install' button to install this app anew. Older versions work unstable on newer Android devices and may be vulnerable to security.

How to use

- After applying for issuance of mobile membership card on the website of Gwacheon Information Science Library, app information and authentication number will be sent via SMS.

- After installing the app, enter your phone number and the given authentication number to complete.

- If you authenticate only once, a QR code is provided immediately after running the app without the need for additional authentication.

※ The authentication number is valid for 24 hours from the time the mobile membership card issuance application is completed.

※ If you change the device or reinstall the app after deleting the app, the authentication information stored inside may be deleted. If you apply for reissuance on the mobile membership card page, you can continue to use it.

※ Due to improved security authentication, depending on the model and internet speed, the QR code may not be displayed immediately when the QR code is called for the first time after authentication is completed, but the QR code may be displayed after about 20 seconds. After that, we will call you as soon as possible, so please be patient.

Security and Convenient Features

- The QR code shown in this app increases security by applying the Hash Function Algorithm method and time encryption logic at the same time, and increases security once more by preventing screen capture and camera shooting. Even if a screen capture or camera shot is successful, the existing QR code will be discarded within a short time, and the new QR code will be provided to the app immediately, so you can maintain security.
