The app for fishing boats is a public app that allows you to create and submit a list of passengers and request emergency rescue when boarding a fishing boat for non-commercial purposes, such as booking a fishing boat.

Fishing Sea conducted a demand survey on the establishment and advancement of the fishery field system as part of the second construction project of the Ministry of Maritime Affairs and Fisheries Fisheries Information Integration System in 2018, and reported on board of fishing boats through cooperation with the Income Welfare Division and the Fisheries Resources Policy Division. It is a service app for providing convenience of management and prevention of maritime safety accidents, and to support the public rescue activities of disaster prevention organizations.

1. Real-time provision of fishing boat related information

- Real-time provision of safety-related and administrative information, such as the qualification of the captain or seaman of the fishing vessel, vessel specifications, vessel inspection (pass/fail), and whether or not the fishing vessel business is reported, to the Coast Guard and boarders in real time

2. Emergency rescue (SOS function) and boarding information sharing

- A boarder uses the Fishing Sea app to share boarding information with acquaintances via commercial messenger, SMS, e-mail, etc.

- Request for emergency rescue in case of emergency during fishing boat operation

> When requesting a rescue, the Coast Guard officer can check smartphone location information (GPS), fishing boat occupant information, and emergency contact information in real time

- Real-time transmission of emergency situations due to bad weather, etc.

3. Convenience function

- With just one registration, you can easily use the "Fishing Sea" app until you change your smartphone.

> One-touch boarding report possible with just one registration without the need to repeatedly input cumbersome personal information

- If you do not have a smartphone, you can register on the boarding list with the "fishing sea" app for the captain.
