There is an issue with Russian voice support not being properly supported on some Androids (Galaxy). For smooth voice support, we recommend downloading Speech Recognition & Synthesis and Russian voice data.

1. Download Speech Recognition & Synthesis from Play store

2. Phone Settings > Search and select “Text-to-Speech Output” > Select “Default Engine” > Select Google Speech and Synthesis.

3. Select the settings icon next to “Default Engine” > Select Install Voice Data > Select Russian > Download

If you are still experiencing problems, please try deleting the Speech Recognition & Synthesis update.

1. Phone Settings > Apps

2. Select Speech Recognition & Synthesis app

3. Select the menu icon in the upper right corner of the App info screen

4. Select Uninstall updates > Select OK

【Samsung Bixby Settings】

If you are experiencing problems even after setting up Speech Recognition & Synthesis on your Samsung Galaxy, please check your Samsung Bixby settings.

1. Mobile phone settings > Search for speech settings

2. Select text-to-speech settings in Bixby Vision settings > Select text-to-speech settings > Default engine > Check Samsung TTS engine settings

3. Select the settings icon on the right side of the Samsung TTS engine > Select the voice data installation > Select the download icon on the right side of the Russian voice data
