When saving relevant worker information in advance and storing job information by date, select the participating workers from among the pre-stored workers and save labor costs.

The storage of work information by date can save work name, work content, work profit and field photos, search work information by period, and sum up work profit and expenditure (total labor cost) to check profit analysis and statistics.

1. Password setting

This is a screen to save basic information for password login when the app is launched. Basic input items can be saved by entering the user's name, password, password confirmation, and mobile phone number.

2. New worker registration

When saving the worker's name and contact in advance and entering the job information for each day, you can easily save the participant by selecting the saved worker.

3. Status of work information

On the main screen (calendar screen), if there is a blue semicircle on the date, it means that the job information is stored. If there is no indication on the date, the job information is not saved.

To view or save new job information, select the date and click the "Job Info" button at the bottom to add, edit or delete job information.

In addition, if you want to search for job information for a desired period, you can click the “Job Statistics” button to enter the period and view revenue analysis and statistics for the period.

4. Add (modify)/delete work information

Select the date on the main screen (calendar screen) and click the "Job Information" button to save the job information for each day. Enter the job name, job details and job income, and click the "Add (Modify)" button on the center right. Click to save the job information.

5. Stock price (modification)/deletion of worker information

At the bottom of the work information input screen, you can save the participating workers by clicking the “Add/Modify/Delete Worker Information” button at the bottom. To save the participant, select the worker (newly registered worker) at the top left of the screen, enter the work cost (labor cost) and click the “Add (Modify)” button to save.

6. Work Statistics

 On the main screen (calendar screen), you can move to the screen by clicking the “Job Statistics button” on the bottom right. Click the “~ from”, “to” button to set the working period and click the “Query” button. You can search the job information saved during the period and click the “Print” button to save the searched contents as a text file.

The contents saved in the file are detailed information such as the total number of revenues, expenditures (personnel expenses), and the list of participants by job.

7. Job Statistics / Backup (Recovery)

You can move to the screen by clicking the “Data Backup./Recover” button at the bottom of the login screen. You can save all saved information separately and restore it later.

Data backup/recovery is required when deleting the task manager app and installing it newly. If you delete the app without backing it up, all saved information is deleted.
