1. Chat function

You can chat 1: 1, group chat in real time.

2. Organization Chart Function

It is set based on the organization chart in the groupware and supports real-time synchronization of the groupware's organization chart.

You can see the user's department, position, and access status at a glance, and you can check the contact and activity status through the user profile view.

You can open a chat room easily and conveniently by selecting a chat partner by user or department in the organization chart.

3. Manage contacts by searching all users

A contact is configured by default as a company member. If you can find your profile information by looking for external users, not just your company members, that you've allowed to search, you can do so interactively.

4. Notification function

In addition to receiving messages in real time, you can receive various business news such as mail, fax, payment, schedule, and posts of groupware. Notifications allow you to move directly to the job, allowing for quick job processing.

5. Link with Groupware

 If you are logged in to the messenger, you can open the groupware with a web browser without logging in.

6. Edit my information

You can change your profile picture by taking a picture from the global settings or by choosing a picture from your gallery, and share your status with others in real time by changing your activity status and status messages.

7 Address Book Synchronization
