This is a mobile app for applying for and inquiring after service for customers residing in Raemian.

The following access permissions are required to use the app.

* Camera/Gallery - Register photos for A/S application areas

* Phone - Call customer service center (1588-3588)

※ Information on withdrawal of app access consent

Settings → Applications → Select “Hestia” → Permissions → Select the function to withdraw and select ‘Do not allow’

※ Information on changing and deleting personal information and terminating app use

You can edit or delete your personal information by contacting the customer center (1588-3588) or the AS operation office within the complex.
