The reason for creating this application:

To enhance the means of communication and communication between us and our customers, we launched the Abu Abdullah Trading App, which is the first of its kind in Iraq.

The application limits the customer to travel to Baghdad or Erbil to inspect the materials he intends to purchase, especially in light of the current security conditions.

Where most people have become dependent on mobile communication to fulfill their requests, without being aware of the developments of the profession and what is new in this field of materials and prices.

Because in our field there are always new materials, and it is difficult to mention all of them to the customer by phone, especially since we now have a database that is constantly increasing.

Therefore, we found that we use technology to communicate with customers so that we save time and effort through a single application that works on mobile, to bring distances closer and to speed up communication, processing and shipping.

Thus, the customer became fully aware of all available materials with full information about them, such as: material code, name and picture of the material, available brands, prices and everything new.

Through the application, the customer can make an invoice himself, know its value, change the numbers, and send it to us through simple steps from anywhere at any time.

And because we are keen to provide the best service to our valued customers, the infrastructure has been reorganized according to work requirements by providing a specialized workforce that works to meet customers' demands, with an advanced and linked online accounting program between branches, so you will find that the error rate is almost non-existent, whether in invoices or Prices or equipment.

Terms and conditions

• The application is designed to work on one mobile device only.

• You can request an additional license to work on another mobile device for employees who work for you, regardless of their number.

• If the license expires, your account will be locked automatically.

• To renew your subscription to the application, you can call us directly or write to us on WhatsApp through the application.

• Username and password in the application, this information is yours only, and it should not be traded with another party, in order to maintain the confidentiality of your accounts.

• The application is only intended for dealers and industrialists registered with us, and the application cannot be used in general by anyone who does not have a license.

• Through the application, you can browse the products and learn about them through the code, the name of the material, the image, and the price, if any.

• You can also make an invoice and send it to us from anywhere at any time, and we in turn receive it and organize an invoice and send it to you on WhatsApp for confirmation (according to what is available from the materials at the time).

• The (search) feature has been added for products by car name or code number.

• Notifications will be sent on your mobile about the fate of the order sent by you, whether by processing or shipping.

• The barcode reader feature has been added to the application, in order to read the QR-square barcode that you will find on most materials, where Arabic text has been added to display the product details.
