AireTrac Tech is the mobile companion for field technicians on AireTrac. Sign in with your company handle and the six-digit sign-in code from dispatch, then work your day from one place.

What you can do

Today’s queue — See assigned work, move jobs forward (assigned → on the way → in progress), and jump into a job with one tap.

Navigate — View the day’s route on the map when available, focus a live leg to the customer, and open turn-by-turn in Google Maps when you need it.

Job detail — Follow the next action for the job, add work performed notes, and review the reported issue and customer details.

Photos — Capture and upload before / during / after photos when your org requires them, including from the queue when you’re in progress.

Estimates & Billing — Submit field estimates, wait for dispatch pricing, present and capture signatures, generate invoices, and record check payments with history context when available.

History & profile — Review past work and manage basics like availability.
