Aivy

Would you like to discover your strengths or your mission? In short challenges, Aivy decodes your career DNA. You will then receive your individual strength profile.

▌YOUR MISSION AWAITS

→ In which (working) environment do you thrive?

→ In which areas can you use your strengths?

→ How well do you know yourself?

In about 20 minutes you will receive your individual strength profile. Short-term challenges support you in self-reflection. Each challenge can be completed independently and thus adapts itself to your everyday life.

▌ No more boring meaningless personality tests!

9 out of 10 users find the Aivy mobile app more engaging, motivating and fun than previous career and job search offers. In addition, Aivy meets the DIN standard for psychological aptitude diagnostics and is therefore based on watertight science.

▌ Our motto: You are great the way you are!

▌How does it work?

By using intelligent algorithms, Aivy shortens the process of your self-reflection and shows you the possibilities to develop your potential in a structured way. A series of challenges that are individually tailored to you will help you to better understand your own strengths. The respective challenges are scientifically sound and entertaining. Aivy also enables you to be approached by companies with perspectives that suit you, in which you can become satisfied and successful - all based on real success factors.

▌These challenges are waiting for you:

The "Self-knowledge" challenge gives you feedback on your personality. "Variety of activities" shows which professional activities you prefer and whether you are more of a generalist or a specialist.
