Alkarta is a map based search engine which observe and analyze the timeline of cities and people's motions.

Cities are not defined by their geography, but by the people who live in them.

Great part of today’s information is created and disturbed arbitrarily. Without selection or filtration. It could be redundant, irrelevant or terribly influencing. The growth of these irrelevant informations is at an exponential pace. Alkarta will be the exponential decay of these arbitrary informations.
