Allots

Allot is a private workspace chat and file-sharing app for small teams, families, and any group that needs one place to talk, share photos, and find things again.

Create an "allot" — a private workspace — and invite the people you trust. Everything you post (messages, photos, videos, voice notes, PDFs, documents) stays inside that workspace, visible only to the members you've invited. No public feeds. No strangers. No ads.

WHAT YOU CAN DO

• Group chats and direct messages with read receipts, replies, and @-mentions

• Photo and video gallery — view, organise, and share without leaving the app

• Voice messages with one-tap recording

• Drop any file (PDF, DOCX, XLSX, ZIP, anything) and preview it inline

• Powerful search across everything: text, images, documents, even photo locations

• Search by what's in the picture — "find the photo of pipes from October" works

• Long-press any file from another app to share it straight into Allot

PRIVACY-FIRST BY DESIGN

• No ads. We don't sell or share your content for advertising.

• Your data stays in EU data centres (Poland).

• AI image OCR uses OpenAI's API with opt-out from training; only the image bytes are sent, never your messages or your identity.

• Self-serve account deletion — one tap and your account is gone. Group chats stay readable for the other members, but with your name and avatar anonymised.

• Open privacy policy and terms of service at allot.pl/privacy and allot.pl/terms.

• Operates under GDPR. RebelCode (Poland) is the data controller.
