Ally Companion

Ally Companion is the companion app for the Ally Display smart clock. It allows you to maintain a warm, daily connection with an elderly relative, without them having to learn how to use a new device.

— SEND A MESSAGE IN A SNAP — Whether it's a photo, a note, or a voice message, your message appears full screen on your loved one's tablet, and the caption is read aloud. A series of small, everyday moments instead of a long phone call to arrange.

— VIDEO CALLS —

Initiate a call: the tablet rings, and your loved one taps "Answer." If you enable automatic answering for this tablet in the settings, a single tap in Care will automatically answer the call after 10 seconds—useful when your loved one can't hear the ringtone.

— LIVE PREVIEW — See exactly what your loved one is seeing on their tablet right now (mirror mode). No intrusion, no audio monitoring: just the comfort of knowing everything is alright.

— SHARED ROUTINES —

Schedule daily reminders: medication, meals, walks. Your loved one taps "Done" when they complete it—and you see the confirmation arrive in real time. Add one-off reminders too (doctor's appointment, birthday).

— HOME PHOTO ALBUM —

All sent photos remain available in the shared gallery. You can edit a photo's caption, hide it if it's outdated, or add new ones in bulk.

— SMART ALERTS —

Receive a notification if a routine isn't confirmed on time, if the tablet is offline for an extended period, if the battery drops below 50%, or if your loved one presses the red SOS button.

— MULTIPLE LOVED ONES, ONE HOME —

Invite other family members to share responsibility. Everyone sees the same timeline; Confirmations are synchronized in real time.
