Accurate transcripts, the easy way

Whether you're capturing a team meeting, a lecture, or a quick voice memo, Alt listens and keeps up. Cloud transcription produces clean, readable text you can search and revisit, and concise summaries surface the key points so you don't have to replay everything.

A private, offline option when you need it

Prefer to keep everything on your device? Switch to on-device transcription. It runs entirely on your phone — no connection required and no time limits — so your recordings and transcripts never have to leave your device. Ideal for confidential meetings, personal notes, or anywhere the signal drops.

Speak any language

Alt understands 100+ languages and can translate in real time as you record, so cross-language meetings and lectures stay easy to follow. Capture in one language, read along in another.

Keep your audio, replay anytime

Every recording is saved, so you can listen back whenever you need to — to double-check a quote, catch a detail you missed, or revisit the moment. Your transcript and your audio live side by side.

A quieter way to remember

Alt is designed to stay out of the way. Press record, let it work, and come back to notes that are ready when you are.

Record meetings and lectures, and build a knowledge base you can actually search.
