- Software recommendation and assistance: we look for software that you are looking for. Either if you need a software for graphics design, portable softwares, diagnostics for your pc.

- General Assistance: we assist you in online purchases, either if you need help in creating an online account, or you are looking for a specific pc hardware recommendation. Examples could be graphics card, pc specs, price comparison.

- free in-home tech support is offered to (redwood city, CA) residents. Just make an appointment and we can help you. also network router installations are included Tips or donations are greatly appreciated.

- In the videos section of the application, if you have a common issue with your pc, we will upload a video showing how to fix the issue with your computer. more videos will be added.
