The Apel 112 application within the Next Generation (NG) architecture
The mobile application allows communication with the 112 Emergency Service operators through audio-video calls, RTT (Real-Time Text) chat, icons, predefined messages, images and videos. At the same time, during the emergency call, the application automatically transmits to the 112 Emergency Service the location information and additional data entered by the user in the application profile, such as medical information, blood type, allergies or treatments followed.
