Arrange - Progress, a Weighted

Version 1.3：
1. It's possible to set a time period for the "Next" to-do list.
2. The plan progress bar now shows the preview result. With the above setting 1, it's clear to known how many tasks should be arranged in this period.
3. It's possible to review the closed tasks in the plan.
