Attendance Board is a complete mobile attendance solution. Employees can register daily attendance with selfie & GPS location data. And Admin can easily download daily or monthly attendance reports of employees.

This is the Employee or People app used for punching daily attendance using selfie and realtime GPS location. In order to use this app employee will require login credentials provided by company Admin.

Company Admin is the authorised company person who creates company profile and adds employee accounts using Attendance Board: Admin | HR Manager | Supervisor app.

With "Employee | People | Labour" app you can:

★ Punch Attendance

Punch In and Out during or after allotted work shift by taking selfies. These selfies will contain realtime GPS location data and punch time details. Attendance will be calculated using these punching data and Admin or Managers will be able to view all these punched data in their respective apps.

★ Send Leave Requests

Employees can easily request for leave. Just enter start and end date along with reason for leave to create a new request. Admin or Manager will be notified in realtime when employee request for a new leave. Then Admin or Manager can approve or reject the request and can send a response message, which will be also notified to employee in realtime.

★ Employee Work Calendar

Easily view punch in and punch out daily history with timings, selfies, location data etc using Work Calendar. Smartly navigate through calendar to view attendance for a particular date.

★ Manager Console

There are basically 3 roles in Attendance Board platform:

Admin: The person who created the company. Uses Admin app.

Manager: Employee who can supervise other normal employees. Uses Employee app.

Employee: Normal employees. Uses Employee app.

For employees with Manager role, There is a manager console with limited Admin controls in Employee app. Manager console can be used to view employee profile, view attendance data, generate attendance report and respond to leave requests from other managed employees.

FAQ:

Q: Can Admin use this app for punching attendance?

A: Yes. But only after creating an employee profile for himself/herself.

Note: Should not use same email and phone number associated with Admin account for employee profile.

Q: Should employees with manager role use Admin app or Employee app?

A: Employees with manager role should use Employee app. Admin app is only for the person who create company profile.
