AutApp - Autismo

The AutApp is a mobile application with activities that seek to help the autistic child in a fun way. This project refers to the TCC of the student Gabriel Hahn Schaeffer of the Computer Engineering course, who in 2017 sought to study autism and with feedbacks from psychology and pedagogy professionals, started the development of the project.

The project is divided into two parts:

- Encourage the child to recognize the emotions of the character Erick, in which he can choose through options or take a picture imitating the character.

Note: In this module, the child's photo is not saved anywhere, not even on the device. The internet is necessary in this option only so that the technology that makes facial expression recognition works correctly.

- Several phases to assist the child's motor coordination and the recognition of shapes and colors. This module is based on methodologies, mainly at TEACCH.
