The acknowledgment of the members of the Al-Quran translation team at the Ministry of Religion of the Republic of Indonesia is quite interesting for us to observe, it turns out that according to them translating the Al-Quran is much more complicated and meticulous than writing a book of commentaries. Because the translation is limited by a very limited space.

Among the obstacles in translating the Koran is the unavailability of precise and accurate word comparisons that are able to represent the essence and content of a diction in each word in the Koran.

There are so many words and terms in the Al-Quran that from the beginning did not have Indonesian equivalents. So it is often translated freely according to the interpretation approach.
