Basic Karate Technique

Karate is a martial art originating from Japan. Karate martial arts were brought into Japan via Okinawa. This martial art was first called "Tote" which means like "Chinese Hand". When karate enters Japan like Technique:

Khilon: Kihon training starts from studying punches and kicks (white belts) and slamming (brown belts).

Words: Each stream has different movements and names that are different for each word. For example the word Tekki in the Shotokan school is known as Naihanchi in the Shito Ryu school.

Uke: Uke is one of the karate techniques which means defiance. Combat techniques are used when dealing with opponents in matches. To do this, the body is positioned sideways or in line with the horses.
