Be a e-Cop(electronic -Cop) is a mobile application which is developed for public support & helps reduce the complexity for public. This application enables all the android mobile users in Coimbatore jurisdiction to become Be a e-Cop by reporting the Public problems and incidents then & there with the proof (Photograph) & location of that incident (Google maps), without disclosing their identity. The benefits of doing so are as mentioned below.

1. Public issues gets reported on time to the concerned officials

2. Without any hesitation public can report the incident, since their identity is not getting disclosed.

3. Criminals will be worried committing any crime, since, anyone in the public can be a Be a e-Cop. This worry factor in criminals will bring down the crime rate.

4. Higher officials get the right information with proof in terms of photograph with the location of the problem, to take immediate action.

5. A person, who doesn’t have internet subscribed, can send at least the location information of the issues with appropriate comments as Email.

6. This application is restricted to the Coimbatore jurisdiction, to make sure the police department doesn’t receive inappropriate information, for which they are not responsible to take action
