BG parking

Simple and clear application for paying for parking by SMS messages on the territory of the city of Belgrade. Parking can be paid for zone A, zone 1 (red), zone 2 (yellow), zone 3 (green), zone 4 (general parking lots outside the zoned area), sms parking lot "Vidin kapija" and sms parking lot "Sava promenada". Price list and time limit information are displayed for each zone. In addition to paying for parking, it is possible to see the number of currently free parking spaces in 8 public garages and 17 parking lots. For each garage and parking lot, it is possible to see the location on the map, price list and additional information about the capacity. An overview of the streets by zones is available. It is possible to find out if there is an issued daily parking ticket, as well as to which parking lot, out of 3 available, the spider took the car.

The application uses, if allowed, GPS locating to determine the zone in which you are located. A detailed map of all zones in Belgrade is shown. It is possible to record more than one license plate with the accompanying description.

Keeping in mind that GPS locating, on the phone, is not always accurate, using the current location and defined zone maps, the application displays an alert when the user is near a zone or on the border of two or more zones. Then it is best, ignoring the marked current location, to check your position on the map and thus determine which zone you are in. To do this as accurately as possible, it is recommended to use a satellite map view.

In addition to the location warning, the application checks the working hours of the parking service and informs the user that it is not necessary to send an SMS message (in case the working hours are over) or that there is less than an hour left until the end of working hours. Also, when you try to send an SMS message to a number that does not belong to the zone in which the user is, another warning will appear.

Of course, it is always possible to ignore all warnings and send an SMS to the selected number and license plate.

FEATURES:

- list of currently free parking spaces in garages and parking lots. For each place, the location on the map, price list and additional capacity information are displayed. It is possible to mark a location as a favorite and create a route to that location.

The application supports dark and light theme. On those phones whose operating system supports themes, the application automatically adapts to the theme of the phone. On other devices, in the application settings section, it is possible to manually select the desired theme.

NOTE: The application does not use GPS locating for other purposes. Locations and movements are not recorded or sent to anyone. SMS messages are not sent automatically, in order to avoid unwanted sending and sending for the wrong zone or outside the working hours of the parking service.
