Biała lista VAT

On September 1, 2019, the list of information on VAT taxpayers was launched, which is to help companies effectively and quickly verify contractors. The list replaced the existing lists of VAT taxpayers: registered and unregistered as well as deleted and returned to the VAT register.

The Whitelist allows you to:

- checking if your contractor is an active VAT taxpayer,

- if your contractor has been refused registration, has been removed from the register or re-registered as a VAT taxpayer, learning the legal basis of these decisions,

- confirmation of the bank account number to which you should pay your contractor.
