WHAT IS THE SCIENCE AND ART CENTER (BİLSEM)?

The Science and Art Center is an independent private education that has been opened to provide education at certain hours to those who attend formal education institutions and who are recognized by specialists in the field of general talent (mental), visual arts or music, who are recognized by specialists who are specially talented. institution.

Science and Art Centers are not an alternative education institution to the formal system, but an education institution that supports formal education institutions.

WHAT CLASSES ARE THE SCIENCE AND ART CENTER TAKING?

It is determined by the Ministry every year from which grade levels students will be admitted to the Science and Art Center. In line with the decision of the Ministry, diagnosis was made in grades 1, 2 and 3 in 2016-2017.

HOW DOES BILSEM STUDENT PROCESS PROCESS WORK?

In order to determine the special talented people to be admitted to the Science and Art Centers, within the framework of the diagnostic schedule determined by the Ministry every year, people from the classes determined by the Ministry are nominated as a talented candidate in the field of general talent (mental), visual arts or music, using observation forms prepared by the Ministry.

Candidates nominated are taken to the group screening examination prepared by the Ministry on a date determined by the Ministry.

the last person determined threshold score for each grade level by the Ministry every year in Turkey by the Group screening test results to individual examination by certified experts. In the individual examination, a valid, reliable and standard intelligence test is applied to individuals.

The candidates who are nominated in the field of visual arts and / or music talent and who pass the threshold points determined by the Ministry every year for visual arts and music talent fields according to the results of the group screening exam are taken to the individual examination in the field of visual arts and / or music talent by the Provincial Diagnostic Commission.

All three areas according to their individual examination held in Turkey each grade level and the specified threshold for each skill area of ​​science and the people are enrolled in the Art Center.
