The Black Book App alerts you to MBE business deals, within a geographical area that you can filter. Example; going to visit a friend and need to pick up a few supplies, the app will find MBE businesses in the area based on your filter.

Businesses can register and push out coupons, specials, and discounts that appear to app users in their vicinity. Businesses can also create loyalty campaigns from within the app to incentivize repeat business.

Users can purchase goods and services through the app from registered businesses to track how much of their money they spend with MBEs.
