We have over 300’000 recipes and 6000 training programs to help you achieve your personal goals and our app can pair with most leading wearables so that you only ever need to look in one place for health & fitness information.

Together with the app, we have also developed a Free to use Health Station (the AiPod) which will be placed in busy communities, retail environments, pharmacies and places of work, capturing health vitals shared through the app where health data can be monitored.
