(1) EVALUATE THE CELLULAR DEVICES: review the device's physical condition, battery condition, the device's usage level, the device history check and the device's market value, to define its quality and decide whether we recommend to approve or not to be used as "collateral".

(2) CONFIGURE THE ADMINISTRATOR on the approved devices.

Thus, the application allows partner companies to accept smartphones as collateral, approving only high quality devices and configuring our Remote Administrator to interact with the device later if necessary.
