Bullet for My Valentine (also known as BFMV, B4MV, or Bullet) is a heavy metal music group from Bridgend, Wales. The group was formed in 1998 by 5 students at a music studio on their campus, Brigend College. The band's original name was Jeff Killed John. They began a career in the music world by playing Nirvana and Metallica music, then in about 2002 released the single You / Play With Me. They have the support of Greg Haver, a record company producer. Currently they include: Matt Tuck (lead vocalist, rhythm guitar), Michael Paget (lead guitarist, back singer), Jamie Mathias (bass guitar, scream vocals), and Michael Tomas (drums)
