IRIS is designed to assist and help the responsible crew on board. IRIS can be used to check & report preventively the apparent condition of maintenance of the ship prior to the potential, expected or consecutive Port State Control inspection.

The ship type related checklists are based and maintained on real time information such as Concentrated Inspection Campaigns (CIC) and up to date statistics from various sources.

The software is designed to be as user-friendly as possible: allowing the users to customize the content of the report by modifying the checklist areas, to insert and edit pictures, to place a signature and to make use of speech recognition (voice to text editing).

A “Client Admin” will be assigned who can create, add and remove user accounts within his Company and assign different levels of Authority.

The application can also be opened as a web application which enables the ship owner/manager to manage & monitor the Reports received from his fleet and to analyze the inspection results in detail.
