ByCS-Drive

With the ByCS-Drive, high-performance cloud storage is available, which enables files to be stored securely and synchronously on different devices.

The ByCS-Drive is specially designed for use in Bavarian schools and allows easy file exchange in everyday school life.

Thanks to the connected ByCS Office, text, table and presentation documents can be created and also shared with several people, e.g. B. the entire class or a student council, are processed.

The functions of the ByCS drive include:

· Permissions for sharing your own materials can be set individually. Flexible releases as well as the possibility of password protection and time limits guarantee a high level of data security.

· Annotations and a shared editing mode ensure a high level of transparency when creating and revising documents. Thanks to automatic versioning, previous processing statuses can be restored at any time.

· In Spaces, all types of documents can be worked on and kept in sync with classes, the entire staff or in cross-school groups.

· Each school has a needs-based administration portal with which individual settings can be configured.

· By linking to the ByCS user system, all students and teachers are created automatically. The effort for the school administration is extremely low.

· Individual needs can be addressed when managing the available storage space.

· The full-text search identifies files and documents by name, content and keywords.

· The integrated file firewall and virus scan in real time increase the data security and integrity of the ByCS drive.
