Cache Cleaner

v2.2.0:
- Clean external cache (requires access to your external storage)
- Do not require scanning before cleaning to improve performance
- Improve error reporting
- Bring partial support for Android 6.0

Due to limitations in Android 6.0 and newer, Cache Cleaner is no longer able to clean internal cache on Android 6.0 and newer. However, cleaning of external cache should work properly on all versions of Android.
