Call Blocker is developed for some situations that users of android wants to make customized telephone states. For example users of the phone may want to use their phone as silent state, however at the same time they want to be notified with the voice of the phone for some of the phone numbers or just the opposite, so users can create their customized list for these situations and they can activate or deactivate numbers in their list, then the phone will behave as they want.
