CaluClean Disp. Registration

With the CaluClean Dispenser Registration app you can easily register for each location which dispensers in which washrooms have been replaced by new dispensers

After entering the project number, your username and password, you can choose a location and indicate whether you want to disassemble or mount a dispenser

If you choose to disassemble, you will see an overview per type of dispenser how many are present at the location and how many have been disassembled. If you want to disassemble a dispenser, click on the button “Register disassembly”. Then indicate what floor you are on, choose the washroom (for example, men’s or ladies) and select the type of dispenser. Take a picture (taking several pictures is possible, for example if the dispenser or the wall is damaged) and save the disassembly.

If you want to assemble a new dispenser, choose “Register assembly” in the start screen. Here, too, you can see how many dispensers are present per type and how many new dispensers have already been installed. Click on the button “Register assembly” and fill in the required information. After taking the photo (s) you can save the assembly.

The supervisor will see in his overview which dispensers have been disassembled and assembled at the relevant location and can have these signed by the authorized signatory.
