Cartão Gestante Paulistana

The Paulistana Pregnant Card application, provides information on pregnancy, consultations and examinations of pregnant women who are monitored by SUS (Unified Health System).

To access the application the pregnant woman must have the number of the CNS (National Health Card)

updated and the number of the SISPreNatal that is made available when starting the pregnancy monitoring in health units in São Paulo.

Features and functionality.

° Track pregnancy, gestational age, vaccines received and information about the health unit that is being monitored during pregnancy.

° View essential information for consultations and exams performed.

° Find your information about the scheduling of consultations related to pregnancy in the municipal health network.

° Information about delivery, showing essential data about the newborn.

° Know what to take to the maternity hospital, both for the pregnant woman and the baby.

° Possibility to update your registration data such as address, phone numbers and e-mail.

° When accessing the screens available in the application for the first time, some information will be stored on your device for use in “offline” mode and updated when the device has a stable “internet” connection, thus allowing you to view data already stored even if it does not exist “wireless” or mobile connection.

Find out how to locate and reach the health units informed in the application, clicking on the displayed address of the health unit will redirect you to the default map of your device, showing the possible routes to the selected location.

Clicking on the health unit phone will automatically copy the phone number.

Selecting the option I can help on the home screen will redirect you to the Hello Mother help center.
