CEARÁ APP®️ is the services application of the Government of the State of Ceará developed to facilitate your daily life. With it, you have government features in the palm of your hand.

You access services from Detran, Cagece, Sefaz-CE, issue certificates and slips, register with government programs, can be attended online by specialized professionals, among others.

All data and permissions are used exclusively for the provision of services, being the responsibility of the State Government secretariats.

Services available at CEARÁ APP®️:

1. Online duty: receive assistance from health professionals 24h to treat health problems in general.

2. Health Units: find the units closest to your residence. Find out about available appointments and exams.

3. Covid-19 test: schedule and receive the result of your COVID-19 test.

4. Ombudsman: complain, praise, report or make suggestions for the Ombudsman system of the Government of the State of Ceará.

5. Access to Information: request information regarding Ceará Transparente.

6. Sefaz Digital: be served online by specialized professionals (access to frequently asked questions and information on Sefaz-CE services), and issue negative and regularity certificates.

7. Your Note Has Value: register and follow your participation in the Your Note Has Value program.

8. Detran: apply for your definitive driver's license (CNH), issue a certificate and ask for a 2nd copy or renewal of your driver's license (CNH).

9. Family Farming: advertise, search and buy family farming products.

10. Rural Producer: register as a rural producer, issue a declaration of vaccination against foot-and-mouth disease, request a duplicate of the state collection document (DAE) for Adagri services and schedule a date and time for face-to-face assistance.

11. Cagece: complain about lack of water and request: reconnection, leak repair, 2nd copy of account, information on water consumption, change of location of the water register, unclogging of sewage, activation of the digital invoice, account history paid, installment of overdue bills, change of accountable account holder and framing of the property tariff.

12. Schedule notice: follow, through the application, your appointment schedule with a specialist and answer the satisfaction survey about the service.

13. Fire Department: regularize your building in the Fire Department, request a digital analysis of your project, start an online process to obtain your Certificate of Conformity and make a new analysis of an already approved project.

14. Climate and Weather: follow the climate conditions in the state of Ceará.

15. Empreende +: advertise and apply for freelance service vacancies.

16. Meu IPVA: Issue and pay the bill of your IPVA, in addition to consulting the value of the IPVA per vehicle and download the My IPVA application for more services

17. Education: Find the state schools closest to you, access the student portal and the teacher portal

18. PGE Taxpayer Portal: See information on the state's active debt and split your debts
