Ch341a Mobile

CH341A Mobile turns your Android phone into a CH341A programmer. Connect a CH341A USB programmer with an OTG adapter and detect, read, erase, write and verify memory chips — no laptop needed.

- 25-series SPI NOR flash — 577 models in the built-in catalogue (Winbond W25Q, Macronix MX25L, GigaDevice GD25Q, EON EN25 and more), found in routers, receivers, TVs and motherboards

- 24-series I²C EEPROM (24C00 to 24C2048, 24LC1025)

- 25/95-series SPI EEPROM and SPI F-RAM

- 93C Microwire EEPROM (93C46 to 93C86, x8 / x16)

KEY FEATURES

- Auto mode: read, erase, write and full verify in one tap

- Manual mode: every step on its own — read, erase, blank check, write, verify

- Verify you can trust: every write is read back from the chip and compared with your file; a failed check is never shown as success

- Live progress: step tracker, speed, elapsed time, time left and current address, with a safe Cancel

- Keeps working with the screen off or the app in the background, with a progress notification

- Chip information: JEDEC ID, SFDP, addressing, unique ID and status registers

- Built-in hex viewer: compare the original read, your file and the verified flash; HEX / ASCII search and jump to address

- Backup and restore: save the original chip and write it back later

- Opens BIN and Intel HEX files; files that do not fit the chip are refused, never cut or padded

- Safe, Balanced or Fast programming speed; SPI timing slows down by itself on an unstable connection

- 1.8 V chips are protected: writing stays blocked until you confirm a 1.8 V adapter is fitted

REQUIREMENTS

- Android 8.0 or newer with USB host (OTG) support

- USB OTG adapter or cable

- CH341A USB programmer with a SOIC clip or socket adapter

- 1.8 V adapter for 1.8 V chips

IMPORTANT

Use CH341A Mobile only on devices you own or are allowed to service, with firmware you have the right to use. Writing the wrong file or interrupting a write can leave a device unable to start — always keep a backup of the original chip. Firmware files are not included.
