1. Asset inventory

- Allow multiple personnel or teams to participate in the inventory at the same time;

-Update information and inventory quantity flexibly by many methods: scan code, fill in by hand,...

- Take pictures of the property's condition at the time of inventory;

- Integrated GPS positioning in the actual inventory process;

- Support offline inventory and online update as soon as internet connection is available.

2. View information and history ​

- Detailed information and operating history of the property;

- Maintenance history, maintenance, failure history, incidents.

3. Task management​

- Allow to view the work status of employees and departments through the summary table;

- Quick and simple creation of assignment sheets;

- Track and handle jobs easily;

- Reminder to record work completion results;

- Transfer, re-approval of property value after repair or upgrade;

- Assigning shifts and measuring work efficiency on each assignment sheet;

- Request materials and equipment for the assignment sheet.

4. Request Management

- Notify and warn of requests that need to be approved via the notification system or e-mail;

- View information and approve requests right on mobile devices.
