This app offers all of the functionality of the CIDNET website in one convenient, portable place. Get notifications as soon as your visitations are approved, and spend less time wondering whether your inmate received your messages. Get the CIDNET app and get connected.

CIDNET enables users to:

• Create a CIDNET customer account

• Manage account preferences

• Conduct and schedule streaming video visitations over the internet

• Read and send email-style text messages

• Search for and connect with incarcerated friends and loved ones

• Purchase data for video visitations

• Purchase credits for messaging

• View transaction and notification histories

• Add personal photo ID for incarceration facilities that require it

Currently, the CIDNET platform supports only the Chrome Browser on modern laptop and desktop PCs. The newly released CIDNET app requires Android 4.1 or higher.

Fixed error: Chrome required user input to activate the video. We set an override so the "play" button no longer pops up on any user media.

2.0! New look, new feel. The customer portal has migrated to only using data; no more credits. The look of the video and dashboard is completely different. Older versions will not work.
