Citizen is a unique mobile application developed to build a bridge between concerned authority and common citizen to share and solve problems, get information on application forms, punching daily work etc.

With the help of this unique app, a citizen can inform the authority on the problem they have come across and authority would be able to receive complaints and assign it to the concerned person. Over all with the help of this application citizens and authority can maintain their environment clean.

How it works:

1. Citizens would be able to lodge complaints about the problems related to roads a) pot –holes b) broken roads c) damaged or unmanaged street lamps d) damaged sewage pipes e) damaged waterlines f) garbage dump … in real time and mark the landmark for the easiness of concerned authority.

2. View statistics of the complaints assigned to the authority, solved cases and pending cases.

3. With the help of Citizen app, common citizens can download request forms to be submitted at municipality/ corporations and can access related links if any.

4. Through Citizen app municipality / corporation authorized person can assign daily work to the authorized labours such as garbage collection, drainage cleaning etc

5. With the help of sophisticated dashboard provided to the authority can have a clear picture of all the activities.

6. Important information such as municipality/corporation notifications will reach all the authorised common citizens
