Mobile service for sending Citizens' Requests and Problems to Municipalities and for the Municipality to send Responses, Updates and Events to the Citizens. City4u is an integrated mobile service that serves both citizens and municipalities. It consists of:

City4u Mobile App:

Citizens through City4u view announcements and information, receive updates, submit requests and report problems to Municipalities.

Support Center:

Citizens reports and requests are recorded in the Municipalities' request management system and are routed to the most appropriate department for processing.

Outsourcing Services:

For better service we have the ability to manage and monitor citizens' requests from our specialized staff.

Integration:

The design of City4u enables the connection to the APIs of city IT systems for more efficient process management.

In the Municipality ...

Citizens' petitions and requests are recorded in the Municipal Help Desk System that is routed to the department responsible for processing. At the same time, the citizen receives immediate information and monitors the state of the matter.

Outsourcing services

To better serve the Municipalities we offer the management and monitoring of citizens' requests by the specialized staff of BSMapps. Municipalities with limited human resources can make use of this service for the best possible service to citizens.
