CutList Optimizer is a 2D sheet cutting calculation tool designed to optimize panel layouts on stock sheets and reduce material waste. Supports calculations in millimeters (mm), centimeters (cm), inches (in), feet (ft), and generic decimal units with customizable precision.

• Custom Cut Preferences

Specify primary cut orientation (horizontal first or vertical first) and set minimum trim dimensions to ignore unusable scrap pieces.

• Project History & Data Sync

Save optimization runs, load saved panel lists, and synchronize project history across your devices when signed in.

TARGET USES AND MATERIALS

CutList Optimizer works with any flat rectangular stock sheet material, including:
