*Tweaked implementation of new setting Bottom Ad Banner Space. Even if you have removed ads, you can now still adjust this as some devices still have some odd interface items or soft buttons that cover the bottom of the game screen. If this is the case, you can adjust this slider to move up the bottom boundary of the game screen, even if you have ads not shown.
*Fixed bug where ads were showing improperly.
*Minor tweaks to screen positioning due to banner ad placement.
