Color Filters

If the colors in your digital pictures don't look right, you can correct or enhance them. With Color Filters you can easily adjust the colors of any photograph. You have complete control of the red, green, blue, and alpha channels.

For example, you can add more red to make the picture appear warmer or you could add more blue to make the picture appear cooler.

RGB Color Channels:

Red, green and blue are the primary colors of light. This means that every color you and I can see is made up of some combination of red, green and blue. We get yellow by mixing red and green. By mixing red and blue we can get magenta. To get orange, we mix 100% red, 50% green. Every single color that we can see is made up of some combination of these three colors.

When you mix fully saturated versions of all three colors together, you get pure white. When you remove all three colors completely, you get pure black. And when you mix equal amounts of all three colors at some percentage between 0 and 100%, you get a shade of gray.

Alpha Channel:

The alpha channel controls the transparency of the image.

With Color Filters, you have complete control over the red, green, blue and alpha channels of any picture.
