Concejapp

ConcejApp is the official app of the Cundinamarca Governor's Office for councilors and citizens of the department. It was developed under the leadership of Governor Jorge Emilio Rey Ángel and in coordination with the Secretariats of Government and Digital Transformation. It is the first app in Colombia focused on strengthening the skills and leadership of more than 1,100 councilors, offering virtual training, ongoing legal advice, access to current regulations, and institutional content. The app also provides updated news, details of the departmental cabinet, information about representatives, and tools to improve local public management. It is available on the Play Store and App Store, compatible with Android and iOS devices, and guarantees data protection: no personal information is collected or shared, and all traffic is encrypted. An artificial intelligence chatbot will soon be integrated for online assistance. ConcejApp is part of Cundinamarca's digital governance strategy, promoting technological transformation and citizen participation.
