Stock info

Targeted search for items with details of serial numbers/batch numbers and storage location.

Storage and retrieval

The storage and retrieval of items is carried out by recording the item number via barcode scan or manual entry. The quantity can either be entered directly or added up by repeated scanning. During storage, the target storage location is also recorded, while during removal from storage, the removal location is documented. After all relevant data has been recorded, the process is completed and the booking is saved in the system.

Rearrangement

In the transfer module, items are moved from storage location A to storage location B, or from location A to location B. This is done by scanning storage location A and scanning the item. To complete the transfer, storage bin B and item A are scanned and confirmed again. For large stock transfers, you have the option of choosing to store everything, so that all items that were removed during the stock transfer process are stored directly in storage location B.

Goods receipt

Goods receipt orders are predefined orders which are opened by double-clicking on the order. You processed the order by scanning the positions to be processed. Traffic light logic is used, which means that red orders have not yet been processed, orange orders have been started and green orders have been completed.
