CREDAI AURANGABAD

The CREDAI-Aurangabad is an Association of Builders and Promoters of Aurangabad. It was established in 1987 and since then it is operating for the promotion of Real Estate Sector in the region for the benefit of its Members over more than 30 years. It has a strong membership of 185 plus members consisting of leading Promoters and Builders of Aurangabad.

CREDAI Aurangabad is the singular platform for real estate developers of Aurangabad. It consists of all prominent developers and most of the prominent joint sector and assisted sector companies operating in Aurangabad. It pursues concerns pertaining to the real estate sector with the Government agencies of the state and municipal levels.

Besides developing properties, the body is also engaged in a range of social and public inherent activities. CREDAI Aurangabad has introduced a Grievances Cell with one effect to register complaints of consumers who have bought property from CREDAI Aurangabad members. CREDAI Aurangabad acts as a mediator in these cases and strives to bring about an amicable solution between the two parties through its Mediation Committee.
