Dear Valued CycleDios’ Users,

The pandemic has triggered us to improve and evaluate our services to you. Making sure every of our bicycles are save to be used by our valued customers, the bicycle rental service will be serve by Station’s Ranger(s).

New User

Not accepting for New application until further notice. May using RANGER service at the location/ station.

Existing User

1. You may upgrade User Apps according to the instruction given, Continue Enjoy self unlocking service with remain credit in the Apps.

2. Continue Enjoy Self-Unlocking service until minimum credit balance in the e-wallet. Top up Credit function cannot be used until further notice.

3. Users may withdraw the remaining credit balance from CycleDios's e-wallet by:

(a) The help from the nearest Station's Ranger.
