After installing the Czech dictionary pack, open your iSo Emoji Keyboard settings menu from the iSo Emoji application or by long clicking the menu button on your iSo Emoji Keyboard (bottom left area) then press “languages”. Inside languages, please select Czech under the ‘Installed’ section.

Once installed, you can switch between languages by pressing the Space key from your keyboard.
