Darwin International Laksa Festival

Laksa Food Tour from 24th October until the festival day on 24 November.

The Top End will embrace its multicultural community, love for food and tropical climate while supporting local businesses, with Territorians taking part in one of our favourite pastimes – eating laksa.

The Territory’s laksas are recognised internationally as the best in the world, and in its inaugural year the competition will be open to any restaurant, eatery or stallholder from across the Darwin, Palmerston and rural area.

Beginning with a Laksa Food Tour from 24th October until the festival day on 24 November, you can participate in a Laksa Food Tour, visiting participating restaurants to taste and rate their laksa dish.

You can submit one overall Golden Bowl vote for your favourite dish - you can only vote once! The winner of the People’s Choice Golden Bowl award will be announced at the Darwin Laksa Festival.
